Guy and Mimmie began selling park and playground equipment for Game Time, Inc., in 1960, establishing a multi-state territory. They moved their family from Juniata County, PA to Harrisburg in 1963, and set up the office in their basement. In 1974, the business finally had a space of its own in a converted farmhouse. By then, Guy had hired additional office staff and sales associates, including Bob Smith, who today remains a vital part of the organization.

Guy and Mimmie retired in 1985, and soon after, the business moved to its present location on Linglestown Road in Harrisburg. Guy passed away in December 2000, but is remembered fondly in the parks and recreation community, and missed greatly by those he left behind.
